Case Search Page Overview
The Case Search page is the central hub for managing all immigration cases in AdviserAide. It allows advisers to quickly search and locate specific cases with ease.
Case Status Navigation
Advisers can seamlessly switch between different case statuses, such as Draft, In Progress, On Hold, Waiting for Payment, Lodged, Approved, Completed, Declined, or Cancelled. This makes it simple to track cases based on their current stage.
Search and Filters
The search function highlighted in red provides powerful filters, enabling advisers to refine results by client name, email, phone number, category, case number, or assigned user. This ensures that the right case can be located quickly, even in large datasets.
