Using Case Contact in Contract Templates

This feature is currently in beta and not yet available to all advisers. It will be rolled out to everyone in about a week.
Adviseraide allows you to assign one or more contacts to a case and reference them in your contract templates using placeholders.
To use contact information in a contract template:
    Open contract template from the right side menu
    Simply type the numbered placeholder - for example: {{Contact_1_FirstName}} {{Contact_2_FirstName}}.
    Available place holders:
    {{Contact_1_FirstName}}
    {{Contact_1_LastName}}
    {{Contact_1_FullName}}
    {{Contact_1_DateOfBirth}}
    {{Contact_1_Address}}
    {{Contact_1_EmailAddress}}
    {{Contact_1_PhoneNumber}}
    {{Contact_1_Relationship}}
Next time when you assign a contract to a case, these placeholders are automatically filled based on the order in which contacts are added to the case.

Input Numbers How Contact Order Works

The number in each placeholder corresponds to the order in which the contacts were added to the case:
  • The first contact added will populate placeholders starting with Contact_1_
  • The second contact added will populate placeholders starting with Contact_2_
  • The third contact added will populate placeholders starting with Contact_3_
For example, if your contract template includes:
{{Contact_1_FirstName}} {{Contact_1_LastName}}
{{Contact_2_FirstName}} {{Contact_2_LastName}}
and your case has two contacts, these placeholders will automatically be replaced with the first and second contacts names following the order they were added to the case.
