Getting Started

Welcome to Adviseraide. This guide will help you get started quickly so you can make the most of your Adviseraide trial. By setting up your account, adding your first client, creating a case, and sending an agreement for signing, you'll quickly see the impact Adviseraide can have on your daily work.
You should have received a welcome email with your account details. If you don't yet have an account, no worries - just drop us a note at  support@adviseraide.com  with your Company Name, Adviser First Name, Adviser Last Name, and Adviser Email Address, and we'll create your account for you.

Step 1: Setup Your Adviseraide Account

To setup your account, follow the instructions in  Setting up Adviseraide Account   guide. This will walk you through creating your password, adding your company logo, and entering invoice payment instructions along with other important settings.

Step 2: Creating a Client

Begin by adding your client’s details so you have a central record in the system. Each client can include multiple addresses and contacts to reflect real-world situations.

Step 3: Creating a Case

For every service you provide (for example, student visa, work permit, citizenship), open a new case under the client. Each case keeps its own documents, notes, reminders, invoices, forms, contracts, and emails, keeping everything organised.

Step 4: Create and Send an Contract / Agreement

Once your case is ready, Prepare a reusable contract / agreement template and assign it to the case and generate a secure link for your client to sign electronically on their phone.

Step 5: Add User / Staff Members

Working with a team? You can easily add more staff members by following the  Creating a New User  guide. It will show you step by step how to add someone new.

By completing these steps you’ll have established the core workflow that every adviser relies on. These steps are the foundation for managing clients efficiently and will help you experience immediate value during your trial.
As you get comfortable, you can build on this foundation with features like advanced forms, custom fields, and settings (More documentation will be provided during the 3 month trial period) to further streamline your practice.
